  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. Exchange Options

  • Courier Exchange: Customers may send the item back using their preferred local courier service at their own expense.
  • Pickup Service: We offer a pickup service for a fee of ₹300, which covers return shipping and processing costs.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to be exchanged
    • Reason for exchange
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps based on your chosen exchange method.

4. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in original condition may be ineligible for exchange.

5. Processing Time

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
  • Exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

6. Exchange Restrictions

  • Certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene concerns or manufacturer restrictions.
  • Please refer to the product description for specific eligibility before purchasing.

7. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds for exchanged items. Customers will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item, minus any applicable fees.
  • However, if the product is not delivered due to shipping issues or if our third-party supplier fails to supply the item, a full refund will be initiated within 30 to 60 days from the date of order.

  • If a third-party supplier fails to deliver the product, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be initiated as mentioned above.
